Give each course its assignments and exams with their dates, and add study tasks with a type, a priority and how long you expect them to take. A task can repeat on the days of the week you choose.

My Day lists what is overdue, what is on today, what is due today and what is coming up over the next week, exams included.

Exams stay with their course
An exam sits in its course with its date, and My Day shows it as it gets close, so it is in front of you when it matters.
Study tasks you can move
Plan reading, practice or exam prep as tasks, and move one to later today or tomorrow in a single tap when the day changes.
Share the week, not your account
Email a PDF of your week or month to up to five contacts who have confirmed, such as a parent or a coach. It shows titles, days, times and places, never your notes or grades.
Good to know
- Prabgun does not connect to Google, Outlook or Apple calendars. Classes, deadlines and events are added in Prabgun itself.
- Prabgun does not send reminders or notifications yet, so My Day is the place to check what is next.
- Describing your week in plain words uses one AI generation each time, and your email address needs to be verified first. Adding things yourself uses none.
Questions
Is the planner included on the free plan?
Yes. Courses, the calendar, My Day and study tasks are on every plan, the free plan too. Only the plain-words schedule assistant uses AI generations.
Can I sync it with Google Calendar?
No. Prabgun does not connect to Google, Outlook or Apple calendars, so everything in your planner is added in Prabgun.
Can my parents see my schedule?
Only if you send it. You can email a PDF of a week or a month to contacts who have confirmed. They receive a copy, not access to your account, and nothing is sent automatically.
