Refund Policy

Every feature category is reachable on the free plan, which needs no card. We would rather you tried Prabgun before paying than asked for money back afterwards.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal charge, and your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Cancelling part-way through a billing period does not normally create a prorated refund for the remainder of that period. You keep the paid plan for the time you bought.

Your saved resources stay in your account after a cancellation. Only the plan limits change.

Except where required by applicable law, payments for Prabgun paid plans are non-refundable. This applies to first charges and to renewals alike.

Because the free plan reaches every feature category without a card, you can decide whether Prabgun suits you before any payment is taken.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot be limited by agreement under applicable law.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, contact us through the contact form or at info@prabgun.com so we can investigate and correct a confirmed billing error.

Write from the email address on your account and tell us the date and amount of the charge. Where a correction is due, it returns to the original payment method through our payment provider and typically takes five to ten business days to appear.
