Refund Policy

Every feature category is reachable on the free plan, which needs no card. We would rather you tried Prabgun before paying than asked for money back afterwards.

Cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your paid access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Your saved resources stay in your account after a cancellation. Only the plan limits change.

If you were charged and have not meaningfully used the paid features, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.

Duplicate charges and billing errors are always refunded in full, regardless of usage or timing.

The exact window, what counts as meaningful use, and whether it applies to renewals as well as first charges all need to be settled and reviewed.

Consumers in some jurisdictions have cancellation rights that override this policy. Nothing here limits a right you have by law. Which regimes apply requires legal review.

Use the contact form or email info@prabgun.com with the email address on your account. Refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe and typically take five to ten business days to appear.
