Privacy Policy

This describes what Prabgun collects, why, and what you can do about it. It reflects how the application is actually built.

This document has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It is a structural draft written to match how Prabgun actually works. Every section marked Attorney review needs an attorney before Prabgun accepts real users or payments. Prabgun makes no claim of compliance with COPPA, FERPA, CCPA, GDPR, or any other regime.

01What we collect

When you create an account we store your first and last name, email address, and optionally your grade level and school.

When you use the product we store the material you paste or upload, the resources Prabgun generates from it, your quiz and test attempts, study sessions, and saved calculations.

We record a monthly count of AI generations to enforce plan limits, and the IP address attached to contact form submissions for abuse prevention.

02What we do not collect

We do not collect payment card details. Card data goes directly to Stripe and never touches a Prabgun server. We store only a Stripe customer identifier and your subscription status.

Prabgun products contain no advertising trackers and no analytics provider is enabled by default.

03Who can see your work

Your notes, generated resources, quiz history, and uploaded files are scoped to your account. This is enforced by database security rules on the server, not by hiding things in the interface.

Prabgun staff can access account records for support and abuse investigation.

04Processors we useAttorney review

Prabgun sends data to the following third parties in order to function:

Google Firebase — authentication, database, and file storage
Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
Resend — transactional email delivery
An AI provider — your study material is sent to a third-party model to generate resources
Vercel — application hosting

Each processor needs to be named specifically, with its data-processing terms reviewed and its location of processing disclosed.

05Students under 13Attorney review

Prabgun requires account holders to be 13 or older. We ask you to confirm this at signup and record when you did.

Prabgun does not currently operate a verifiable parental consent process, which means it is not built to serve users under 13. This section requires legal review before Prabgun accepts users, and specifically before any claim of COPPA compliance is made.

06Schools and student recordsAttorney review

Prabgun is sold to individual students, not to schools, and has no agreement with any educational institution. Whether FERPA applies to any part of this service requires legal review.

07Your choices

You can edit your profile at any time. You can delete your account from settings, which removes or anonymises your personal data and cancels any active subscription.

To request an export or deletion outside the app, write to our contact form or email info@prabgun.com.

08RetentionAttorney review

Account data is kept while your account is open. Specific retention periods for backups, deleted accounts, and abuse records need to be set and stated here.

09Regional rightsAttorney review

Residents of some regions have additional rights over their data. Prabgun has not yet determined which frameworks apply to it, and makes no compliance claim under CCPA, GDPR, or any other regime until that review is complete.

10Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially we will notify account holders by email.
