Terms of Service

By creating a Prabgun account or otherwise using Prabgun, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Prabgun account. If you are a minor where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian to use Prabgun where the law requires it.

We do not independently verify age or guardian permission beyond what you tell us at signup, and we rely on you to answer honestly.

Prabgun is an educational study aid and learning platform. It can help you create explanations, flashcards, quizzes, practice tests, summaries, study guides, study plans, and other learning materials from content you provide.

Prabgun is meant to assist your studying. It is not a school, a teacher, a professor, an academic institution, a grading authority, or an admissions authority, and it does not guarantee any particular academic performance.

Prabgun uses artificial intelligence and other automated systems to generate content. These systems can make mistakes. Answers, explanations, calculations, study plans, flashcards, quizzes, recommendations, and other generated content may sometimes be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or wrong.

Verify anything that matters against your class materials, your textbook, your teacher or instructor, official resources from your school, or another source you trust before relying on it.

Prabgun is designed to help guide and support your studying, not to make decisions for you. You remain responsible for deciding how to use anything Prabgun generates.

Do not treat Prabgun as the sole source for an important academic decision, such as what to submit for a grade, how to prepare for a high-stakes exam, or which courses to take.

Using Prabgun does not guarantee any particular grade, passing a class, a particular test or exam score, admission to a school or program, a scholarship, academic improvement, or any other specific academic result.

Many schools, colleges, universities, instructors, and examination organizations have their own policies on using AI tools for coursework. Following those policies is your responsibility. Prabgun is built to help you practice and revise, not to let you dishonestly represent AI-generated work as your own where that is against the rules that apply to you.

You are responsible for the schoolwork you submit, for verifying anything Prabgun generates before you rely on it, for meeting your own deadlines, for following the rules your school or instructor sets, and for deciding whether a given piece of generated content is appropriate to use.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials. Do not share your password. One account should not be used to impersonate someone else or to let someone else use the service under your identity.

One account per person. Tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You keep ownership of the notes and files you upload to Prabgun. You grant Prabgun the permission needed to process that material in order to provide the service to you, such as generating study resources from it.

Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not upload private personal information belonging to someone else without their permission.

Recording a lecture is the same commitment in a form worth stating on its own, because a recording usually captures other people. If you record through Prabgun or upload audio, you are confirming that you are allowed to: that you have whatever permission the situation calls for, that you are following the law where you are, and that you are following your school’s, institution’s or instructor’s rules about recording. Do not record or upload audio where doing so would be unlawful, and treat what other people say in your recordings with the same care you would want for your own.

We do not check any of this for you. Prabgun has no way to know who is in a recording or whether they agreed to be, so this is something you decide before you press record, not something we verify afterwards. Our Privacy Policy explains what we store and how to delete a recording.

When using Prabgun, do not:

• Access, or attempt to access, another user’s account or data.
• Bypass usage limits, security measures, or other technical restrictions.
• Abuse the service, for example through automated scraping or excessive load.
• Use Prabgun for anything unlawful or intended to cause harm.

We may suspend or close accounts that do these things.

Prabgun offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance through our payment provider and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Prices for paid plans are shown and charged in US dollars. Paid plans are currently available in the United States, and checkout asks for a US address.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future charges, and your paid access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, not under these Terms.

Prabgun is currently offered in the United States. Some information in Prabgun, such as details about colleges and universities, covers schools outside the United States so that you can research them. That information does not mean Prabgun is offered in those countries.

We may change, improve, add to, interrupt, or discontinue any part of Prabgun’s functionality over time. We cannot promise the service will be available without interruption, and we will give notice of significant changes where we reasonably can.

Prabgun is provided as a study and educational assistance service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and any content it generates are provided without a guarantee that every answer or result will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular academic purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Prabgun is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses — including academic losses such as a missed deadline, a lower grade, or a denied application — that result from relying on generated content without verifying it.

Nothing in these Terms is meant to limit a right you have under law that cannot be limited by agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we will let you know in a way that is reasonably likely to reach you, such as posting a notice on the site or emailing the address on your account. Continuing to use Prabgun after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
