Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Prabgun. They are written to describe how the service actually operates.

This document has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It is a structural draft written to match how Prabgun actually works. Every section marked Attorney review needs an attorney before Prabgun accepts real users or payments. Prabgun makes no claim of compliance with COPPA, FERPA, CCPA, GDPR, or any other regime.

01Who can use Prabgun

You must be 13 or older to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s permission.

One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.

02What Prabgun is

Prabgun is a study aid. It generates flashcards, quizzes, practice tests, study guides, and schedules from material you provide.

It is not a tutor, not a grading service, and not a substitute for your coursework. Generated content can be wrong. Check anything that matters against your actual course material.

03Academic honesty

Many schools restrict the use of AI tools. Following your institution’s policy is your responsibility, not ours. Prabgun is built to help you practise and revise, not to complete graded work on your behalf.

04Your content

You keep ownership of the notes and files you upload. You grant Prabgun permission to process them for the purpose of generating study resources for you.

Do not upload material you do not have the right to use, and do not upload other people’s personal information.

05Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another user’s data, circumvent usage limits, resell generated output as a competing service, or use Prabgun to produce unlawful or harmful material.

We may suspend accounts that do these things.

06Plans, billing, and cancellationAttorney review

Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the paid period.

Prices may change with notice to existing subscribers. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Automatic renewal disclosure requirements vary by jurisdiction and need legal review.

07Availability

Prabgun is provided as it is, without a guaranteed level of uptime. Features may change or be withdrawn. We will give notice of significant changes where we reasonably can.

08Limitation of liabilityAttorney review

To the extent the law allows, Prabgun is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including academic outcomes, arising from your use of the service.

The enforceable scope of this clause differs by jurisdiction and must be reviewed by an attorney.

09Termination

You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

10Governing law and disputesAttorney review

The governing jurisdiction, dispute resolution process, and any arbitration or class-action provisions have not been set. An attorney must complete this section.
