Getting startedHow do I create my first study set?
Open AI Study from the navigation, choose a tool such as Flashcards or Quiz, paste your class notes into the material box, then select a difficulty and press the create button. The result streams in as it is written and is saved to your library automatically.

Anything up to 20,000 characters — lecture notes, a textbook section, a list of terms, or just a topic name. The more specific your material, the closer the output matches your course.
Getting startedWhat do the difficulty levels mean?
Easy defines terms as it uses them. Medium is standard high school level. Hard expects you to connect concepts. AP matches College Board phrasing and rigour. College assumes prerequisite knowledge.
AccountWhy do I need to verify my email?
Prabgun AI is locked until your address is verified. This keeps automated signups from consuming generation capacity. Check your inbox for the link sent when you registered.

Check your spam folder first. The message comes from info@prabgun.com. If it has not arrived after a few minutes, contact us and we will look into it.
AccountHow do I reset my password?
Use the forgot password link on the sign-in page. Enter your email and we will send a reset link that expires after one hour. For security we show the same confirmation whether or not an account exists at that address.
AccountCan I sign in with Google?
Yes. Use the Continue with Google button on the sign-in page. If you originally registered with a password, keep using the password — the two are separate sign-in methods.
AI StudyWhat counts as one generation?
Each time you press the create button, that is one generation, whatever the tool or length. Stopping a generation part-way still counts, because the request was already sent.
AI StudyHow many generations do I get?
Free gives you 20 a month, Plus 300, and Pro 1,500. Your dashboard shows how many remain. The count resets at the start of each calendar month.
AI StudyWhere does my generated work go?
Everything is saved to Saved Resources automatically the moment a generation finishes. You do not need to press save. You can copy or download any result as markdown.

AI-generated study material can be wrong. Prabgun works from the material you supply and is instructed to say when your notes do not cover something, but you should check anything that matters against your course material.
BillingHow do I upgrade?
Go to Billing and choose a plan. You will be taken to Stripe's hosted checkout. Upgrades take effect as soon as the payment clears.
BillingDoes Prabgun store my card details?
No. Card data goes directly to Stripe and never reaches a Prabgun server. We store only a Stripe customer reference and your subscription status.
BillingWhat happens to my work if I cancel?
It stays in your account. Cancelling changes your plan limits, not your saved resources. You keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for.
PrivacyCan other students see my notes?
No. Your material, generated resources, and quiz history are scoped to your account and enforced by database security rules on the server, not by hiding them in the interface.
PrivacyIs my material sent to a third party?
Yes. Generating a resource sends your material to a third-party AI provider. This is listed in our privacy policy along with every other processor Prabgun uses.
TroubleshootingA generation failed part-way through.
Connections occasionally drop mid-stream. Try again — if it fails repeatedly, shorten your material and check whether you have generations remaining on your dashboard.
TroubleshootingI am being told I am generating too quickly.
There is a short-term rate limit on top of your monthly allowance to prevent abuse. Wait a minute and try again.
